Mimi's Potato Chip Cookies


Whenever I'm in my friend Ken Ludwig's showroom in Chicago, I look forward to having Mimi's Potato Chip Cookies. And, if there aren't any around, it's still good to see Ken anyway!

Seriously though, these cookies are one of my all time favorites, so I asked Mimi if we could share the recipe here, with all of you. She was kind enough to oblige, and the recipe, which she attributes to her beloved Aunt Katy, is now posted in Our Recipe Box (link on the right).

Make a batch for someone you love this weekend. They'll be so happy you did!
