KILLER BEES 3.0H!

LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU...

Well here we are, Pismo Beach and all the clams we can eat...

2011 has arrived my Dear Beezers, and you have one very occupied blog host. We are filming so much this January ( STACEY'S HOT DISH { is going all video! }, THIS IS WHAT I KNOW SO FAR { Season 4! }, and a slew of pieces for my new interior design blog INTERIOR MOTIVES { coming soon! } ), that I may not even be able to get them all edited and "post-ready" by month's end. Remember boys and girls, I still have to work to keep that pretty new roof over my head! This leaves a boy little time to write and research.

I can still say boy. I don't turn 40 for 5 months yet.

Killer Bees Make The Most Delicious Honey turned 2 last week. Over the last 2 years I have posted some 389 articles, videos, interviews, and musical treats. It occurred to me today that I could re-post 16 of my favorites for the month of January. Sorta like Michael's Greatest Hits. A long playing record that can keep you entertained whilst I'm away creating fresh fabulousness with my fellow Bees.

When I return, these re-posts will return to their respective slots in the archives, and I hope to have a brand new KBMTMDH 3.0 ready for you. You did watch the video, didn't you? My life is never boring.

I'M HERE TO BE VALIDATED...

Early in the blogs evolution, I used to place short films or stories at the top of the page that I found particularly inspiring, or amusing. Because they weren't really postings, they haven't been in the archives anywhere...UNTIL NOW! I have created a new department here at KBMTDH, for which I have gone back and added (chronologically, to the best of my memory) these great clips. Here's 2 of them. The rest you'll find archived under VIDEO VAULT, in "The Bee List". Enjoy!

QUEEN BEE

The most wonderful thing (so far) to come of this whole Killer Bees Project, has been my relationship with Cassandra McShepard. It all started with my asking her if she would "Bee" my first guest on the blog. When we sat down in her apartment that first night for the interview, I knew almost instantly that I wanted her to be a part of this, and that were going to become very good friends.

What I didn't know is that I would end up up filming her successful vlog. Or managing her career...or directing her first music video! Me, direct a music video? Only in my dreams! But that my friends, is what this has all been about...

STACEY'S HOT DISH: The Evolution!

Perhaps the Killer blog that has seen the most changes over the last 2 years, has been Stacey's. So much of what I have learned about making videos, I have learned while helping him create his tasty nuggets for STACEY'S HOT DISH. I'm really excited that in 2011, he's going ALL video. After all, a television show is imminent!
