Last week at the restaurant, I came across a food magazine called RELISH. It had clearly been an insert in a newspaper [kinda like Parade], only I can't figure out which one. It matters not. It's totally great! The November issue has some delicious sounding Thanksgiving recipe alternatives, including these stuffing-like dishes called panades. While I personally won't deviate from my tried & true Thanksgiving menu, I am definitely going to try out both the Spinach & Mushroom Panade [pictured above], and the Butternut Squash & Cheese Panade on other occasions.
The Eggnog Spice Bundt Cake and Savory Basil Slice n' Bake cookies sound tasty too.
